✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to the peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.

There's pleanty of room and the furnishings are comfortable, homey and stylish.  Plus, Jarrett was extremely helpful and responsive to questions.  Sometimes I heard back from him in minutes!
